Energy, vitality and motivation with the best guests of 2015 #42
Zestology Guest: Stephen Simpson
It's been almost a year since I started Zestology: The Podcast. It's been an amazing and fun journey. Today the podcast is a special end of year show bringing together my favourite guests this year. Hey, if Eastenders can have a Christmas special, then so can Zestology. (NB - if you are American, you may need to know about Eastenders).
Just before we dive into the podcast, we have some good stuff planned for the start of 2016 to help you get your New Year off with a bang. So let me interrupt your partying and celebrations for one moment to tell you about what's coming up.
There will be two podcasts for you in the first three days of 2016. First - I discuss goal-setting, new year's resolutions, and really getting the most out of your year with Dr. Stephen Simpson. You wake up on New Year's Day and think... ugh, my head. Then you think, ugh, resolutions. That's exactly why we've recorded this podcast for you. It'll be available when you wake up on New Year's Day.
Then on January the 3rd, I have one of the world's top detoxfication experts coming on Zestology. If you've over indulged in mince pies, christmas dinner, or festive drinks (likely) then listen in on the 3rd to get your detox on.
Okay, onto my podcast for today. It's a seasonal compilation show featuring the very best interviewees of this year. As you know, I ask every guest at the end of the show for the one tip they'd give us all for more energy, vitality and motivation. The answer is always revealing. And I've brought the best ones all into one place in today's Christmas special. Listen very carefully indeed and you might even hear a Christmas sound effect in there.
Listen by clicking above or heading to iTunes and searching Zestology. (Special note - it's a lot cheerier than the Eastenders Xmas Special, guaranteed!)
Thank you for supporting Zestology this year. I'll be back with the New Year's Resolutions podcast and blog on the 1st of January 2016, and whatever you are doing over the next week, have a very merry Christmas.
