Regular readers know that I'm well down with the yoga for a bit of mind/body health. Yoga is growing in popularity all the time. It's becoming more and more common for top sportsmen and women (such as NFL stars) to get involved and compliment their existing training regimes. It's also becoming more and more common for men to do yoga (broga!)
Last week I found myself in a candlelit yoga class. It was quite late - started around 9pm, and there were only 3 of us and the teacher.
The class itself was good exercise with a lovely vibe - and afterwards I went home and fell into a deep relaxing sleep. It felt soooo good.
