Award-winning psychologist Ellen Langer carried out a fascinating experiment which she found led to better health, optimism and vitality amongst her subjects. It involved feeling younger and healthier by simply changing the way you think and act.
And then, ask how you could use this in your own life. Would something similar work for you? What area of your health would you like to improve?
